My understanding of the portal rules is that today is the first day undergrad transfers can officially be contacted or extended offers. Grads could do so before, which is why cade macnamara could announce cok last week

My understanding of the portal rules is that today is the first day undergrad transfers can officially be contacted or extended offers. Grads could do so before, which is why cade macnamara could announce cok last week

They have to have their names “formally” in the portal as undergrad transfers within the window, but can transfer anytime after — even after the portal window closes (May for instance).
