Has anyone ever had this? My son has it and other than the sores feels fine. My throat hurts but that’s it so far. Just wondering what I should expect

My youngest just got it from daycare not long ago. He wasn’t in pain. The worst part is he had to miss daycare for multiple days.

My kids have each had it a couple of times. NBD but our daycare freaks out and sends them home for like 3-4 days. Fun PTO for mom and dad.
No symptoms for you guys though? My buddy got it really bad a few years ago. Sores everywhere and said he couldn’t even swallow it hurt so bad

My niece had it when she was 2 or 3, her daycare was the same. She's half Jamaican so I just had her running wind sprints for the few days my wife and I took care of her.

I didn’t even know adults got it. I never got anything. My kid just had rashes everywhere.
