Wife would have gotten her tubes tied after we had our third in April, but our little girl came 7 weeks early so at the time it didn’t seem like a good decision to have them do that to my wife if there could’ve been some kind of complications. Luckily everything has been great, and so I get to be the one to take one for the team.

I’ll be joining next year once we have let the dust settled after #2. Don’t want to make any permanent decisions on sleep deprivation, but I’m sure we are done as well. My issue will be looking the doctor I work with every day, who I will have do the procedure, in the eyes after.

Yeah i know, but we have hit our deductible this year with the childbirth, so it is basically free. Next year it would've been $1000.

These commercials never made sense to me because you’re not supposed to strain/yell/move after the procedure and I always bet way too much money for 2 days straight on the NCAA tournament.

I got mine done the day before the Illinois game this year. The game was more painful.

My brother had it done and said to follow the surgeon's instructions to the letter during your healing process. Don't cut corners thinking you're healed.

It sounds weird but get some frozen vegetable like frozen peas in a bag and use it on the affected area while you're laying on the couch or in bed. He said that was the best advice he got and it was from the doc.

It’s not to bad and nice to be able to raw dog and not have to worry about producing anymore offspring.

Definitely lay around for a few days. I went back to work the next day thinking I was tough and my balls ended up hurting for over a month.

You know how your stomach feels all twisty just before you have explosive diarrhea? It’s that same feeling, except in your balls.

Definitely wasn’t bad at all. Just laying around today. The worst part was getting the local anesthetic, that needle hurt like a mother fucker. But now just feels like a dull kick in the balls.
