Man, that thing is going to be sweet. For anyone saying that this job can't be as attractive as it used to be, I would point to that video. There are few places in the country that, during probably the worst stretch of football over the last 10 years, could build something like this. Facilities, fan loyalty, NIL, it's apparent to those who are paying attention.
