Maybe. But even so, why would he react like that if it was a fan? He's a Wisconsin officier out of his jurisdiction who has no authority other than as personal protection for #2ndChoice. And he runs after a guy who is walking the other way and poses no threat to the person he is assigned to protect.

And it looks to me like #2ndChoice sent the cop after Donny. The cop doesn't go until after he looks at #2ndChoice.

But he's a Wisconsin trooper. His job is to protect #2ndChoice. There is no reason for him to go back and try to stop someone on Nebraska's field.

Studying the video, it looks Donnie gives #2ndChoice a thumbs up and likely says good game. Not sure why Donnie would have anything negative to say in that scenario given how the game went down unless they had bad blood personally. Note however that Donnie is carrying a bunch of papers. The troopers/Wisconsin staff may have mistook Donnie for a fan and thought he was walking away with a Wisconsin plsybook or other IP.
