Apparently I snore like a chainsaw. My wife got me nose strips, which actually did work but I'm not consistent with it because it bothers me having something on my nose when I sleep

I have the strips you put over your mouth

Whenever I use them I sleep really well and feel better in the morning

Pretty sure they're supposed to help with snoring
