Well, he was doing everything right his first three years of school. Multi-sports, destroying people on the football field. Gets all these offers and some people started getting cold feet with something being off, not sure what they caught on to but ended up being right. Cockeye offered him then jumped head first off his bandwagon. He ends up with not as many options and of course Nebraska comes into the mix trying to save face when it became evident he wasn't going to be a good recruit. Didn't talk to him when everyone was after him, stars talking to him when people do their due diligence and run away. Anyway, commits to Mizzou and once that happens he just quits trying, in everything. Didn't go to school, was MAYBE 10th best player on the field in games, just ridiculous. Goes down to the Under Armor All-American game and completely embarrasses himself on and off the field to the point Mizzou coaches call to ask what the hell is going on. His grades make it so they can cut bait. Finds a school that's willing to work with him in Wyoming and is already leaving them. That's the Cliffs.

I promise you Deion will see a four star lineman in the portal and get him to commit there and their obnoxious fans will call it a victory. But we want him in Boulder as Husker fans.

He also made some really weird comments towards the end of his recruitment. I was happy to see him go elsewhere, and I don't see any reason to jump back into that train wreck.

Maybe CU is desperate enough for linemen to make it happen, but seems more like FCS/JUCO is the next level for him to wash out into.
