From my time reading a ridiculous amount of front office baseball junk, you don’t sign a free agent for a boat load of money who is coming off an injury who didn’t have a solid offer from his current organization.

Skubal about to wreck this thought as we know Detroit won't offer him market value.

(Agree with you though)

The Tigers wrote a master class on how to completely fuck up a situation. They pretty much gave themselves zero shot to re-sign Skubal. Taking that case all the way to an arbitration hearing and then signing Valdez for more than what Skubal wanted in Arb was ludicrous.

Someone should get fired. And I’m not talking about terminated. I’m saying firing from a cannon and into the sun.

Will Wade being Will Wade and going on a generation run of pushing the transfer limits. He is going for a team of previously drafted guys

How in the fuck does Kentucky have this kind of money? It's not like they're not putting average SEC money into football and baseball.

1. Two big donors are CEOs for Kroegers, the biggest Grocery chain in the country, and the CEO for the parent company of all the big Kentucky Bourbons.

2. Pat Riley leads a group of former players who donate to an NIL fund.

3. Nike considers Kentucky a tier 1 brand and it provides NIL money per year.

4. Big SEC brands receive Corporate NIL funds from ESPN/ ABC/ Disney partners. Its one way the SEC shits all over the Big Ten. All State and Dr. Pepper will use Kentucky players in commercials or promos.

Every time I read one of these posts all I can say to myself is… Why are NU alums/donors so fucking poor 😳 I mean our big donors certainly aren’t poor Lol but it seems we have far fewer big dogs, they’re tighter with their money and we really don’t have that one HUGE donor who plays fast and loose with his billions.
