I think the biggest thing to look for in replacing Mast is a big guy capable of facilitating. Thats what has really kept the team moving forward, even when hes not been a big scorer. Get someone capable of scoring but even more capable of distributing properly.

Berke has started to show signs of being able to do that, but I'm not sure I'd trust him for that role. A trio of Uggy, Curtis, and a capable transfer would be excellent.

I'd actually like to see a more athletic big and let Berke be the big who distributes from the low block. You can see the basketball IQ growth he's undergone since being here. I think Berke could be an incredible player next year.

One positive will be that they can tell whatever big we try to get in the portal is that our offense basically starts/runs thru our posts. If someone can play away from the rim it will be a big draw.
