This dude is going to command a lot of money. 18.1 ppg, 4.6 apg and shooting 41% from three as a sophomore. I imagine he will be in high demand. Kind of surprised he isn't testing the draft waters.
I’d be looking into this if i was Fred. Most that enter feel un realistic…this doesn’t feel like one of them. 2.1 steals per game (as a freshman) might interest me as much or more than his other numbers.
Can probably make more with nil.

Honestly if Nebraska has the money to get better they can do better than him.
A lot of times this year berke was a liability on offense.
This is a huge loss on the defensive end.
His ability to switch and guard anyone really helped us.
He’s also a good rebounder and our main source of shot blocking.
He can be replaced but I think this sucks. He was also an emotional leader and could have left here with a great legacy.
I hate this. I hate this so very very much.
His production is easily replaceable, his glue guy nature and competitiveness is not
I’m not worried about defense since it seems like Loenser is staying.
Berke is a high motor and personality guy. But he’s never going to dramatically effect the final outcome of a game
I think he dramatically effected a lot of games this year.
A lot of people seem to greatly undervalue the guys who do all the small things that make teams great just because he isn't a great shooter.
It's possible we find someone better but it's also a big risk.
Not really. He is a big personality so people tend to remember his better moments. His production for a starting big is below average and his inability to shoot was an even bigger hinderance.
This could be a money thing. He thinks he's worth more than our offer, then when he can't do better on the open market he comes back
