It was funny/absurd to me during the Bill Callahan WCO days where "all we needed" was a few 5 star tackles, big/fast WR's like they have at USC, and a QB that with a magical arm. At any given time we might have one of those ingredients but never enough to bake a cake.

So yes, give me the athletic QB and the type of offense that we used to be competitive with.

Raiola had an arm I guess, but his weight has become a problem

These offseason articles remind me of the TO era when he said we were going to "open it up next year" and "throw to the backs more."

Then he'd go home and laugh at the LJS and OWH articles and run 41 pitch all the live long day the next season.
