It’ll be interesting to see how sustainable success is there. Lance Leipold employed the same formula as Cignetti and it’s kind of fading now.

This. He’s 63. He didn’t all of the sudden become the coach he is. Why just this year did it all come together? Why hasn’t he been a P5<4 coach for 20 years? I’ll be shocked if he’s the next Saban or Urb.
