Meh. Personally, do not think he’s B1G PG built. 6’0” which in basketball terms is 5’10. 168lbs. Competition he’s playing in HS is low grade.
Hopefully, The Mayor has another more qualified B1G PG.

I was questioning this commitment from a talent/size level. Didn't see him being a high ceiling B1G player. I gotta believe this offer and recruitment was somewhat being PC with the McGowens brothers. Gotta play the game. Maybe Fred has his eyes on a bigger prize.

We will get a good idea of this kid’s ceiling when we see where he commits next. I don’t hate this as his measurables were meh.

I also wonder if this was affected at all by our back up PG blowing out his knee. We don't know what we have with him so maybe Fred was leery of having his 2 main ball handlers next season being inexperienced. Could use that scholarship to bring in a Transfer Portal PG that is more ready for the B1G. Fred is on thin ice and doesn't have anyone protecting him so he has to win now, can't be bringing in developmental players or taking chances.
