A little context so you can all laugh at my misery, I’ve been using a club and leaving the car unlocked since my window was smashed last time. Forgot to use the club last night so my car was completely unlocked and begging to be stolen.

I would rig something up under the steering column so when someone other than you starts it, it fires a hard object at their nutsack. You could get creative in this regard in how much pain and lethality you'd like to inflict. The maiming route would probably be sufficient.

The truck after my stolen truck, used a steering wheel club everywhere, every day, had an intense security system installed, and got my concealed carry. Was also extremely aware of my surroundings, and there were places I wouldn't drive to, we'd take my wife's car. That strategy worked well.

I park that 4Runner I flew to Omaha to buy a couple months ago outside. A couple guys broke into it about a week ago but luckily I had basically nothing in it. They just looked around for a minute and left.
