There were rumors Michigan was tampering with him and trying to get him to transfer last year. Now, Wisconsin’s new OC is much more pass happy so the thought would be he’d be happier somewhere that ran the ball more.

More than likely he'll go pro. I think he's vastly underutilized in their offense and I'd love to have him.

He's still going to run for 1,000+ yards and 10+ TDs this season. Kid is great, even when underused.
As for a transfer, I don't know why he would go and risk injury when he's draft eligible after this season.
However, he is still young, and doesn't turn 20 until January. He could conceivably play a whole season in the NFL without the legal ability to purchase a beer.
