That kind of positive energy and reinforcement could go a long way with a player like Gilbert. I don’t know his story but if he has a self destructive streak in him, Wager showing him how to give a shit and building him up could work pretty well.

If he figures it out, they'll run the ever living shit out of 12 personnel. Fidone is a fucking monster. A monster. I was blown away by how physical freaky that kid is. Pair him up with Gilbert. That's an offense. Just plop your ass in 12 personnel and beat on people or make them pay by going up top. Will be awesome if that's how it pans out.

I didn't pay a lot of attention to them. I watched the OL/DL most of the time during Individual drills. Also watched their 7 on 7 rotations.
