That’s a great point, but it’ll probably fall on deaf ears around here. UM was favored by 23.5 and barely squeaked by. Meanwhile, NU already has two road wins against stronger competition. But just wait—NU will hit a rough patch on the road soon, maybe even Saturday, and people will start freaking out and calling them a fraudulent top-10 team.

Agreed. Didn't they also just play at USC a couple days before that. That's brutal.

Not sure if "brutal" is the right term for it. They played a home game on Friday night, and then took a 90 minute flight to Central Pennsylvania 3 days later. They had 4 days rest in between.

I thought USC was a road game, but it was a home game.
