I grabbed the link from IN. The first paragraph, the Purdue Rivals writer says he reached out to the other Big Ten writers and they collectively voted. I’m taking that to mean the corresponding Rivals from the other Big Ten schools.

My first reaction was the same as yours. But when I saw the first paragraph, it made sense.
