Best wings in Nebraska

Red brick bar and grill in Blair were pretty darn good. They smoke them then must have fried them. Smokey and crisp. I was impressed.

I am always a little leery of huge wings. More than once I've had them undercooked and a little bloody on the bone.
Hasn't been an issue for me there. They come out lava hot, and often take some cooling before I can eat them. Yet haven't been overcooked.

If we're talking just wings then I'll retract the unnecessary gayness reaction. Don't think ive ever had their wings. In general though tap house is decent.
I know they have a few locations but the one downtown is trash. They also have those little fruit flies everywhere because they "clean" with dirty rags. You can literally smell it in their beer glasses. So gross. This is only an issue at the lowest of the low tier restaurants.

Just smoke them yourself and enjoy!

I make Jack Stack's Fire Kissed Wings recipe probably 3 Sundays a month and they're by far my favorite!
You do on grill or smoker? Recipe i found was grill at 350.

Ahh. Always been to the one on 156th and dodge. No issues with that one.

Dirty beer traps. Gross.

I haven’t been there in years but I thought their
Burgers and cheese curds were good

Yeah, never been to DT location but 156th and Dodge is really good.

A little out of the ordinary but when around Elkhart stop in at Juke's for the salted caramel wings (and one of their brews). Hella good.

I’m not sure if they still do it, but Wednesday night was the wing night in Strang and holy cow they were great.
