After getting nominated for dozens if not millions of awards for Scrote Stats... Peabody, Pulitzer, Mark Twain, ESPY for best moment, AVN debut performer, etc. Baron is back and better than ever with another exclusive platinum board feature: The Worst Coaching Tenure of All Time Tournament.

I am asking my fellow platinum boarders to repay the burden I had to bear with Scrote stats by helping me out with nominations for the Worst Coaching Tenure of all time. Please keep them relatively modern era (this like 70s or 80s onward, but I think we're mostly young strapping lads here so I expect most will come from BCS era+). If you can provide a few details as to why they deserve to be in the field that can help me with seeding and starting my deepish dive into why they sucked.

The Rules:

1. We are talking about coaching tenures as they played out.

2. You are expected to adjust for, in whatever way you see fit, the program resources and expectations when making your nomination. That is, David Beaty was awful at KU, but KU has been awful for like 150 years. Does he deserve to make the field?

3. Nominate as many coaches as you want.

4 I'll determine the number of the field and seeding after it's clear this doesn't go over like a wet fart.

5. Frost is the #1 overall seed so don't bother nominating him.

6. College football only so it's apples to apples. GFY HuskerPac for blowing my shit up reply #1

this is fantastic - will come back with more later, but want to get something on the board. So I present 2 nominations:

Willie Taggart - Oregon (bailed before the bowl game of year 1, and made Oregon a stepping stone)

Willie Taggart - FSU

Maybe they square off in a first round matchup. But as you see fit. The key is knowing your opponent - and these 2 know each other well.

Frankly the intrigue of a Taggart vs. Taggart matchup may be too juicy to pass up

Give me Bill Jennings at Nebraska. I'd like to see how he compares to Frost.
