Expenses matter too.
I've worked for companies that get a hard-on for revenue, but seem to be sloppy with margins and expenses. What's the point of having a huge portfolio or business if it's not well-managed? I realize in this situation it's up to each individual school, but look at Nebraska for example - as compared to the huge debt that Michigan has in their AD.
Am I wrong on this? Why has this always baffled me. @Jim14510 - how important are margins?
