Anyone getting a sense whether On3 or Rivals is getting most of the RSS goobers?

It's gotta be On3. I base that solely on the mouth-breathing white-knights coming out of the woodwork any time you make a critical comment about the coaching staff...particularly Frost. Throw in a bunch of new coffee-shop rubes who took advantage of the $1 initial registration fee, and it's unbearable.

I think on3 is winning the subscriber wars, but it is only $1, so I feel like we really have to wait a year and see who renews.

Zack at rivals is a man of the people. Hell, he knows about tpb and made @HuskerGarrett a legit real life mod over there. He doesn’t have an ego and he’s grinding to be successful. Way more respect for him than Deano sittin poolside at firethorn firing off a tweet every now and then. Or getting five figures to talk for 45 minute at the benkelman rotary club.

Would love to see @Husker69 stick around the old board (Husker InsideHer) if only because of his VB contributions. He’s an odd guy in some ways but not in the “dipshit” category, imo.

I haven't been following it closely so far. Does ZC have any insider connections at UNL? But I'm assuming he's able to get in with recruits and I'm guessing he's posting that. But I don't know how ZC would have any North Stadium inside connections at this point. And that's not a knock on him, just reality due to his experience.

The interesting thing will be if there's big news to break, like Frost really gets close to the hotseat in 2022, for example ... which of the 3 sites will have the best inside info? I think Deab and Sipple have the best inside info - problem is, for the last few yrs they have been too afraid to post any of it. Then after it breaks they say "I knew this, just couldn't report it." Inside sources doesn't do you any good if you're too afraid to use them.

I'm on both kinda lurking. Most of the true potatoes from RSS made their way to on3 also. Some post the same stuff on both boards, and even on here. I think the tell tale will be if Zach can get good info. Big benefit Zach has is Nate worked with Vince & Bill Busch on Bill Callahan's Staff so has a couple In's. Dean is the CNN of Husker Coverage as he seems to fluff up the football program, like he is just following the directives from above to keep in good graces with Frosty. His journalistic integrity went out the window years ago when he sold out. 4 years of record futility for the football program and he has yet to write anything overly negative. If Zach can be objective he'll get the level headed fans following him. Zach also needs to get a Hoops and Volleyball person. Robin has gotten much better the last few years on covering Hoops.

They are resetting the expectations and Frost winning clock on a weekly basis. The injury to Nouili means he gets a pass next year.
