Really ejoyed the show. I imagine it had to be pretty realisic as to what it was like during that time. I didn't realize that is was based on actual events until I did some reading after the watching it.

It was pretty good. A little sensationalized, and the "strong woman" thing was overblown,

What was funny though is that every time the strong woman acted on her own as a strong independant woman, she utterly and often tragically screwed things up. All viewers had to be saying "Shut up and just do what he says" after a while.

Anyone watch this on Netflix? I thought it was one of the better shows I've watched in awhile. There is quite a bit of historical accuracy too. Netflix put out an article about it recently.
