Back the heck off!
I am a corn-fed Nebraska boy, and it is my sacred right to drink deeply from the Husker Kool-Aid, and believe the best case scenario about any head coach that is chosen - whether it's Urban or a JUCO grad assistant.
I WILL believe that any players who transfer out were locker room cancers who weren't giving enough effort and not bought in to the system, or passed up by better guys. I WILL choose to see all recruits & transfers as overlooked & underrated by the recruiting services, motivated to prove them wrong & expertly chosen for their fit in our program. I WILL absolutely buy in to this being our best offseason ever, and all the articles that development, conditioning, and chemistry are all happening at unprecedented levels under the new staff. I WILL believe that the spring game proves we either have a dominant offense or defense. I WILL go into the 2023 with sky-high expectations, and allow myself to consider how if a few chips fall our way, a national championship bet might be a good value.
I am a 3-time 72nd & Dodge veteran who has been upholding this time-honored tradition for decades, and no series of events, rational explanations, or hate will stop me from riding this roller coaster until the day I die!
