Holy fuck...how much are we paying this guy to be our DB position coach?

This is good. We got Butler at DC, Snow as AHC. I would have thought we'd need to give a guy this caliber a title + a raise. Is "Associate DC" a thing?

I love how we're throwing around $$ and coaching position in this new wild wild west environment. Why not?

He's set to be unemployed, most likely, as Frost will probably want his guy. So not a situation where we're necessarily giving him a big raise, but he's looking for an opportunity and we're also a jump up into a major conference.
