Ultimately Frost had a vision of what he wanted to do here. That vision failed when he realized the big 10 is tough and set in there ways and he didn't adjust or adapt till it was to late. I honestly think you could make the argument for all of the coaches deserving another year besides Riley and Frost if he does what we think he will do to finish the year. The biggest reason you would have gave Callahan another year was due to his killer recruiting class.

Exactly, yes the defense was Atrocious in 07, but they had a pile of studs incoming and many already on the roster. That 07 class was absolutely loaded on the O side of the ball too.
