My first thought was as a Mozee recruiter but on the offensive side (esp the line) role.

Geep is in the analytics is a top 10 OL coach in the country, Lonnie gets the jimmies and joes but cant develop talent. Seems like a perfect marriage where Lonnie can also learn to coach.

Yeah, seems like Lonnie for recruiting and Geep for developing. Wonder if Lonnie will also have some sort of recruiting coordinator title.

I do. He said something on the offensive side that will have a major impact in recruiting, but it’s not ready to be public.

A few hours later this comes out. I think this is pretty clearly what he was referring to.
