25-26 Husker wrestling

A name that has popped up a little is Vincent Robinson from nc state
125 weight class 2x AA 1st in 2025 4th this year.

He entered Earlier today, and there’s at least interest there.

Yes there’s a little smoke

Believe he wants to wrestling in the Big ten and near an RTC. Heard a rumbling that I mentioned earlier that NC state HWT and Omaha natives is potentially going to train at the RTC and could lead to connections of some of the bc state wrestlings in the port hole

I have heard three other names of somewhat interest for the 184 spot

Jake Dailey -UNC would have 3 years of eligibility was an ACC Runner up and a NCAA qualifier this year as a RFr

Lorenzo Norman - Stanford 2 years of eligibility left NCAA qualifier as a RFr may get a mRS only wrestled 2 matches this past season. Can’t recall exact injury. He wrestled at 174 but probable to slide up at his new school

There’s a 3x D3 champ at 197 who spent time at Cockeye this past season that had some interest. Not 100% sure how deep those conversations are.

However, and this could be me reading into things too much. But mannings recent presser he spent a good amount of time talking about Christian Lance and his transition from D2 to D1 and the success he had

Could Endene make 184? I’d love to take someone who hates Cockeye as much as all of us after how they did him dirty.

Sharpio is willing to go down to 149. But not really wanting to use his redshirt but would be smart too and get healthy

It’ll be a tough battle but I like our spot

James green current assistant coach and former wrestler appears to be heading to Virginia tech
