Pretty gay we aren’t going to national duels
What’s gay is the idiots running the national duel, changing the date and moving it back into mid December. Cliff Kean,, which is the biggest in season tournament in college wrestling is the week before, so you have a situation where teams are going to have to pick between the two. Furthermore, the biggest issue is they scheduled it right in the middle of finals weeks for multiple schools. Cockeye has also turned down the invite due to the finals conflict and Nebraska has finals that week as well.
The coaches knew this was going to be an issue and complained about it already when the date was announced to be pushed back. Now you’re going to have a watered event with no Nebraska, Cockeye, or Penn State, and none of the top Ivy League schools.
