7/14 are transfers. Is that a good thing? My take…

It’s ideal but unlikely. If we hit that well in the portal we are a 10 win team. It means the returning quality of play we know fairly well are being beat out (not on the depth chart but in this fictional roster rating list), decently elevating our overall quality of play.

We are also filling gaps that have been left by the previous coaching staff and a transition year to a new staff.

It's so much better to be getting high quality transfers instead of JUCOs and grad transfers like before.

I'm hoping Lenhardt makes a big jump this year. He stood out more his Freshman year in fewer snaps than last year.

Yeah. I'm pretty bullish on the DL though. I like Van Poppel a lot and I think the stats will come for Lenhardt.

I like Lendhart a lot too. But Buford is going into year 3 as a started. Cam will be making his first start this year. Marquis deserves more love.
