That may have been one of the ugliest and most maddening Husker games I have watched as the offense was atrocious. But I never had that feeling we were going to lose. It’s nice to have a coaching staff that puts guys in a spot to win and is aggressive instead of reactive.
And there is basically no way of truly evaluating Satt. The entire damn offense is made of glass. 2 starting WRs (plus 1 who quit), top 2 RBs, QB to start the year, and now 2 OL all hurt. Over half of the starters at the beginning of the year are hurt, and that was knowing that we had a serious lack of talent. Actually rather impressed by the coaching (while also knowing we played another shit team). This was a game we would’ve lost under Frost.

Such a nice feeling to at least have a chance. Last 5 years we were always waiting for the implosion
