It seems notable that Ekeler seems the furthest from a “Rhule guy” and now is the model of what he’s looking for.

Definitely give Rhule credit here for going outside of his comfort zone and trying to repeat what has actually worked here.
After year three didn't go as planned. I think he's starting to feel the pressure internally and externally.

I'm sure it's been mentioned here 100 times, but after the Minny game everything turned up a notch and Rhule knew the Honeymoon phase was over, if you can call it that. He knows he has to deliver this offseason and next season.

Thank God we're offseason champs already, but next year's schedule is tough. Time to coach and prepare like the big boys.

Phil Snow’s PC was a good listen. Seems like a good dude
I was ambivalent about him being here before listening to that interview. I love no BS guys who tell you the truth w/o agenda or sugarcoating things, and that's who he appears to be.

Also, LMAO at him describing the Utah coach who's allegedly retiring after this game: "I knew his Dad when he was with the Raiders, but really don't know Kyle very well." 48 years of coaching will do that for a guy.
