Was a little shocked at first given how it’s spelled, but there you go. Going to be a little awkward announcing him for press conferences, etc. I’m sure he’s used to it by now.
Just for clarity; I think this was a good hire. I have a couple of concerns here, but there are probably more slight. I prefer getting someone who has experience coaching OL in the B1G. This conference is just a different beast from the physicality standpoint, and the quality of defensive schemes that teams operate.
Also full disclosure I think Diaco is a better DC than butler. He encountered the simulation here where we flush out promising players when they can’t start as sophomores

Sorry, but this is just ignorant IMO. The Big Ten isn't even the #1 conference at getting OL into the NFL. Good OL coaches are physical, regardless of what conference they have been in.
