EDIT: I believe he brought in 35 transfers year 1 and 36 this year? It's over 70 for the 2 years. I am hoping Rhule follows that model this year.

I had read a different article somewhere that it was 35+ each year, but maybe they were including HS recruits or something.
But they lived in the portal this year and he can clearly get dudes playing well and playing together.
