I think his entire tenure would have looked different if his AD didn't hire someone to coach the team over Riley. I can't remember the douche nozzle's name right now but he was some failed GM in the pros that Eichorst brought in to "adivse and oversee" IRRC

Traffic/line and the ability to move anywhere on the concourse was just as if not more shitty then the play on the field
