Sign Up Now!100% agree, it is not all on coaches. I just don't get why keep running the same people out there that screw up time and time again. What message does it send. There are legitimate criticisms of the scheme, but the frequent flyers here frequently blame John Butler for things out of his control as the playcaller in addition to being way to focused on the outcome of plays instead of the process.
The 3-down front on 2 yard line is bad. The bad fits against draw, especially the big draw in the first half where we pressured into a draw, have been bad.
But consistently I see John Butler getting this defense answers and the players not executing.
More specifically, I’m annoyed when people’s instant reflex upon a negative result is to blame the playcaller and scheme when often there’s blatantly a player not doing his job.
Softball questions incoming.Hope the press actually does their job, and makes Rhule answer some tough questions.
Rhule did say NIL isn’t an issue going forward. The pressure is on.
No. That’s good practice and development time for what will be a very young and meh talent roster next year.We need to turn down a bowl game.
Nothing good will come from playing in one.
If we are stuck with Rhule he needs as much time to make staff changes and prepare for the portal
I know we’re all pissed right now, but the “turn down the bowl game” take is perpetually one of the dumbest takes out there. We need to turn down a bowl game.

No, that’s dumb. You need the extra reps for the younger players. We need to turn down a bowl game.

Careful, his IQ is really high. So high he missed the interpretation.I don't think anyone would call her ugly, but sane, that's a different topic.
I agree. If I was spending major money on NIL I would pull back. He made the comment though.Rhule hasn't earned a bigger NIL budget.
2-10 in November, with only 2 ranked opponents in the T25.
My hypothesis is that there is a significant drop off between who consistently plays and who doesn’t.100% agree, it is not all on coaches. I just don't get why keep running the same people out there that screw up time and time again. What message does it send.
No. This team doesn’t need an extra to embarrass themselves and look even more unappealing to prospectsI know we’re all pissed right now, but the “turn down the bowl game” take is perpetually one of the dumbest takes out there.
We will get 15 more practices with half our starters watching from the sidelines while sitting out the bowl game.We need to turn down a bowl game.

The dumbest for sure. Absolutely retarded.I know we’re all pissed right now, but the “turn down the bowl game” take is perpetually one of the dumbest takes out there.
I sort of get it because it's a read play and the entire D was cued on EJ & had him dead to rights at the moment of the read, but Heinrich just seems to have a way of botching things even when his decision is justifiable. If ANYTHING, EJ deserves to be the only guy they hand it off to there. He deserves that TD!
Haarberg!?!??
I understood the subtext. Considering Harper Murray is sane enough to currently be dating a player in the NBA, I found it to be an asinine comment.Careful, his IQ is really high. So high he missed the interpretation.
“How did the wind play a factor today?”Softball questions incoming.
Most of us wanted Rhule to hire an experienced DC, instead we get the guy who couldn't get a DC gigWhat’s amazing about the coordinators we’ve chosen is that neither will let the actual results have any effect on their desire to do what they want to do.
