You would hope so in regard to major shakeup on the coaching staff, but Rhule will probably just get rid of Ek and keep the other bums lol

It's an interesting phenomenon. Predict we lose. Melt down when it happens.
It's not like Cockeye is good. They suck too. Not a good matchup for us but similar level talent. Nebraska might even have the advantage. Both teams will care about winning.
I know there's a chance we lose. Its not going into a game like Ohio St where there's no chance of winning.

They don't suck. They're an above average team and a good team on a good day. We're an average team on a good day and bottom 5 in the P5 in the two most important phases to this matchup (RZ offense, Run D). The talent disparity along the offensive and defensive lines is enormous. That outweighs any skill talent we might have an advantage on. They also have a pretty sizeable talent advatange in the secondary to counter our WR which is about the only place I'd say we have a clear and decisive advantage. They comp really well to Penn State
Unfortunately this might be the game where the Raiola captain checkdown gameplan would have worked out really well. Get guys touches on the perimeter and then pound the rock inside once they go into a lighter box.
I've seen teams have success stretching Cockeye on D with off-schedule shot plays. I would love to see them try to win it in the first two offensive series with an aggressive gameplan. Dragging Cockeye into deep water has been tried for the past decade but thats Rhule's perogative. He'd try dragging 2019 LSU into deep water lmfao

Suck is a strong adjective. They're an average P2 team which is above average when you throw in Big 12, ACC, American, etc.
They can lose close to good teams. They lost to the good teams they played plus Cockeye St.

Fuck it, we win somehow. I don't know how. It defies all logic and my preseason win prediction. We pull it off 27-24.
