If he left I wouldn't be surprised. Not necessarily because of anything Dylan related but because of the era of CFB we are living in. Dylan hasn't done much of anything to command more $$$ but some school would likely throw more money at him.

I don't blame kids for leaving for more $$$. They may never play in the NFL or have a short career. The money they make in college becomes more important.
I doubt he gets more money if he leaves.
He’s not leaving for some great program with tons of nil money at their disposal.
He’s been a mediocre qb, especially against big 10 teams.
It would be a team equal to Nebraska that’s desperate. He’s not a 5 star. He’s a 3 star transfer. Maybe 4 start.

Just my own opinion from what i’ve seen on the field and sidelines during the games and also in post game press conferences

Dylan (imo) has some ego and leadership issues. It always bugged me him running out of the tunnel 10 feet in front of the rest of the team; and all the Mahomish antics. (PS, the rest of the country thinks its cringe too)

Its also frustrating from an OL standpoint when your QB’s pocket awareness and mobility rating are -99 on Madden. I can point to multiple plays where the sack was not on the OL.

I think at this point a divorce is probably best for both sides, Dylan may be a decent pro QB someday.. but he cant play the position effectively behind anything but an A- offensive line. He’ll never get that here. I think Miami would be a good fit tbh
I understand you think that, but if the rest of the team thought that, wouldn't there be a noticeable difference in some aspect of the game on the field?

OL would be the most natural position group to have some kind of pick-me-up, but I haven't seen any special new spark there (or anywhere). Seems like most of this is people projecting their feelings onto others.

This story has no insight or bearing on what Dylan is doing or thinking. It could have been written after spending five minutes on RSS following the Dayton decommitment.

The evidence this story gives is "a sense in Lincoln" from "sources."

He may not get more than hes getting here.

But you are absolutely out of your mind if you think he would end up at some mid tier school. He would be very highly rated in the portal and would end up at a top25 program.
I get your whole thing is you hate him but damn man be objective.

My coworker is a Clemson fan and said their mod is saying Miami is close to coming to terms for Dylan and Dayton.

This is like three degrees of telephone at this point so there’s probably an error in there somewhere but thought it was interesting you heard the same thing.
I haven’t heard anything.

They were rumored last year to be kicking the tires and they are just gonna buy a new qb every year apparently. Just makes sense.
