Pretty good prognosticator of this game. I want so fucking badly to win this. I’m a 1-11 but beat Cockeye guy. I’ve eaten so much shit over this game

Don’t think this is the year. trench disparity is just massive

Would need to look like 2022
Yeah, this is the game every year. Growing up in the Quad Cities really makes you hate Cockeye more than anything. Even before we joined the Big ten, I hated Cockeye more than any other school.

Cockeye will win 13-10 on a last second FG as is decreed by the football gods.

I'm going to chuckle (and cry) if Nebraska actually dominates this game on special teams, but can't stop the run for the first time in the last 3 seasons of this matchup.

Nebraska also needs to utilize TJ's legs more in this game. Its going to snow on Friday. Run the fucking football.

Curious your thoughts on why we didn’t utilize his legs more against PSU? And I don’t remember many rollout or mesh plays either?

Side note, I was also fairly drunk for this game, so I don’t remember much to begin with.

I have stopped questioning Nebraska's offensive game plans this season. Penn State has been shredded by Mobile QBs all year. I really expected that to be a big part.

So I don't know.

I want to believe they felt strongly about keeping him healthy for Cockeye. But that's probably naive on my part.

So 11 games of Nebraska football is worth -8 points.
IMO most of that is about Raiola getting hurt, particularly after how rough Lateef looked during much of this last game. Hopefully we've got a lot of rollouts & ways to move him around in the gameplan this week.

The best part of 2022 is that we didn’t just lay down and let Cockeye determine how the game would be, we came out gunslinging and made they have to try and play catch up

A big complaint I have about Rhule is not only does he allow, but seems to manifest, getting into slow, grind it out rock fights with the former B1G West, and letting them control the whole flow of the game

He loves it and it's fucking annoying af

That team played with an edge that day. They were much tougher than Cockeye in every facet of the game.

Last year's game shaped up that way but you could see them mentally fold after a few mistakes. The ceded all the momentum they had to Cockeye and you knew they were going to lose after the Caleb Johnson TD.
