Technically there was over a second left, apparently. Also a pretty obvious foul.

I have never seen in my life seen a review after an intentionally missed second free throw to add time. Absolute innovation from the ref crew

They could have come out and said “hey after further review, there was still 0.4 on the clock when the timeout was called.” Everyone would have bought it and KSU would have had time to get a quick shot off.
Instead, they chose to make the most incorrect and immoral clock adjustment since December 5th, 2009.
Yeah they really wanted us to win with those phantom fouls against us in the paint the last 2 min
