A native of Brussels, Wis., Schaefer will check out Wisconsin next Wednesday and Thursday as the Badgers prepare for their 2025 season finale against Minnesota.

“He’s excited to book his visit with Wisconsin and the staff, especially the opportunity to go ‘home’ for the Thanksgiving holiday to see his family not far away right after the visit concludes,” his agency tells Badger Blitz. “It’s an honor to be offered by his hometown school and program, and he is excited to see what the staff and program have to say and show him to help him achieve his dream of playing in the NFL one day.”

Easy sell based on how well those 2 freshman LB's have been playing for them. That said, also going to be hard to unseat one of them if you go there.
