I assume CBS had the first pick this week. There is no logical reason for Nebraska at Penn State to be in prime time, short week or not.

How can the refs can manufacture the advantage? I imagine allowing physical play on WRs with no PIs & ticky tack hold calls to make it as tough as possible to block their passrush
