Game Thread Nebraska @ Minnesota (Friday, October 17, 7:00pm - FOX)

Rhule has allowed one family to hold this program hostage.

Is Dylan, and soon-to-be Dayton, worth the squeeze to continue with Donovan as the OL coach? After 3.5 years of watching our OL, my answer is no. And it sucks to say this as Dylan is a good representative of our program.
We'd be better off with a good OL + good QB than a shit OL and great QB

To make the juice worth the squeeze, the OL has to be at least average imo. Obviously the injuries / targeting ejection didn't help last night but they haven't been good all year.

Get the Raiola c0ck out of your mouth. Or, work on your gag-reflex.

Our OL sucks. Dylan also struggles with pocket presence. Both can be, and are, true.
I just posted direct evidence of Raiola displaying atleast adequate pocket presence. To suggest he has “none” is retarded and deserves to be called out.

I refuse to blame the Quarterback on a 2 man rush resulting in a sack. If you just want to be dumb and yell unintelligible garbage on a message board then fine just say that.

It’s even worse than that. They rushed 2 down linemen and BOTH of them got to the QB 😳 HOW IN THE FUCK CAN 5 OFFENSIVE LINEMEN NOT BLOCK 2 FUCKING RUSHERS!?!?

Ya, it's bad all around on this specific play. However, our LT was beat 6 yards off the ball & our RT was beat 7 yards (1 yard further than below pic) off the ball.

Dylan, out of the shotgun, had plenty of time to step up in the pocket, and should've began climbing a second before the below...

Absolute no ball knowledge. Never post a still screenshot of a fluid play as evidence of anything. You can make a screenshot fit any context you want selectively.

None = the video shared. He had zero, none, nada, on this play. And was clear in my follow-up you quoted, "Dylan also struggles with pocket presence."

Debate a wall, Dominic.

If I were Dominic Raiola I would be too rich to be arguing with 96 IQ mouth breathers on a message board who do not know anything about football.

The entire video was posted, dumb fuck. LMFAO @ saying anyone has no ball knowledge, while defending Raiola on this play when Stevie Wonder can see it.
I have two functioning eyes and can see the left and right tackle get their ass whooped so decisively that Dylan faces immediate pressure as he hits his back foot on his drop. I’m not going to blame the QB for a 2 man pass rush sack because I do not have a hard on against blaming our otherwise very good college quarterback.

You're putting out some serious "leave Brittany alone" vibes when it comes to Dylan.

Dylan is a good player and I'm happy to have him but he's not without fault. Everyone involved - Dana, the OL, Dylan, the wideouts, have to get their shit together. Dylan is also a highly paid player that is subject to scrutiny.

If you're going to keep calling out "all 22 film" please share us some of the all 22 clips you have from last evening to support your assertions.

I will when I get access to the all-22 angles. I would like others however to actually do so (my suspicion is they won’t because they are too stupid to do so) instead of drunkenly yelling that the QB sucks.

Great OL coaches are so important that they are paid an obscene fortune. We have too many meh assistants. Look at what Eck has done. Bring in assistants who can execute and aren’t developing.

And it's exactly when he should begin his climb. Hot dayum dude, log off for a month, or 20.

OL gets beat, Dylan doesn't climb. Both are facts, Dom...

Posting still images again displays your rather dull disposition.

Again, if I was Dominic Raiola I would not be arguing with potatoes like yourself as doing that is unbecoming of someone of that level of wealth.

What I hate about this program is our never ending ability to regress. OL was at least manageable last year and supposed to take a big step this year and be a strength of the team. Yet here we are. It feels like more often than not, a position group that is good or at least ok one year and is expected to improve the following year, does the exact opposite. Feels like it’s been this way since the pelini days.
