Setting the end of his NW tenure aside is there actually any evidence Fitz is built for this era? Like you could talk me into him as a DC because even DJ Durkin gets to be a DC after he killed a kid, but Fitz doesn't scream NIL era to me at all

If NU/donors aren't willing to pony up the 💲, then you'll need a great coach who maximizes the available talent and you could do a lot worse than Fitzgerald.
