Our fans like most fans has crazy ideas. We would most likely throw the kitchen sink at someone like Matt Campbell to see how he could do with better resources. It’s all moot until we have an opening so we’ll see. NU doesn’t have the NIL the top SEC schools have and isn’t willing to pay high school commits so it wouldn’t make sense aside from perhaps close to as high pay, lower expectations, maybe stability.

I also failed to account for how we would probably rape the former roster of whoever we hire. So really it’s probably not the end of the world these days.

Do I think Rhule makes sense for PSU? No, as he’s not what a team that is not getting over “the hump” should look to.
Do I think they are going to have a ton of options that are any different than Rhule? No.
It’s not the job everyone wants and has never been.
Rhules built in ties do have me worried, but their fans will have a far shorter leash than here.

Brian Kelly. I wouldn't be shocked to see him take job because of struggles at LSU. Just meant it would be wild for Penn State to offer.
