Instead of covering the spread we go soft and let them score. Coaches and players are still soft and it's sad. Special teams won this game. I know they're not watching spread. Thats not the point.

Can’t believe I’m saying this after the first 3 quarters but this game was actually pretty promising to me. Found a way to win decently big when we easily could have lost.
Can someone who knows football better than me tell me if something changed with the O line in the second half? Did they just figure it out? Did we change something up? Did MSU just get tired?

Team didn’t play terrible. In fact that was total complimentary football between all 3 phases.

Actually I'm ok with NU not being ranked. Motivates the team and leaves us still under the radar.

I do think a ton of the bitching around here is likely due to PTSD from the last 10 years and assuming we would just piss it away. Say what you want, but the team generally plays a clean game, turnovers are under control and we are winning STs. Thats a recipe for winning football in the B1G.
