I think it’s true. TGI Fridays really declined as well. I think Chili’s has stayed pretty consistent though
Every national chain is just a Sysco copy/paste menu. Even larger local restaurants fall into the same category.
I'm sure the quality of those places has declined to some degree but I'd bet it's more your perspective of "good" has changed.
The problem with a lot of chain restaurants nowadays is they fist fuck your wallet as much as the local places
Texas Roadhouse is as good today as any chain restaurant has ever been
Dean and Applebees seems like a combination almost too good to be true.
"Free" also in question. For starters, you have to eat at Applebees.
“Andrew Carroll” reminds me of Ennis from Dannebrog, that used to harass Dean in the pregame chats.
