It puts everything in a quagmire right from the get go. LSU beating Clemson arguably looked better than Ohio state beating Texas, but since the preseason poll anointed Texas #1, it isn’t right to move LSU ahead of Ohio st. There should be no rankings for atleast 5 weeks

Indiana’s definitely overrated at 21/23. They struggled to beat Old Dominion at home.

So vote each week for what each team looks like without previous weeks schedule or outcome mattering?

Also, Dawgs haven't played anyone yet and won't until week 3 at TN. Where do you put the Dawgs on this board today? Of course, I really liked having TX and Bama ahead of Georgia since we play them at home this year, but also liked that both teams lost. I think you should have Miami ahead of Dawgs right now as well as LSU.

Obviously the previous weeks outcome matters, I never said it didn’t… what I was saying is that rankings should be based on the true resume of the team instead of adjusting based on the prior weeks ranking, especially when most rankings week 0-5 are complete shit

I hope we stay unranked until we beat Biff's Butthole Surfers. I'd put Georgia at 4 today.

We play perhaps the softest two weeks in all of college football the next two weeks. We aren’t sniffing a ranking unless we beat Biff's Butthole Surfers.

I don't think we'd have done enough to deserve being ranked. If that were to be the result then I'd say they'd need to go on a run to get to at least 6-1 before being considered.
