I heard its a different operation that runs non Chiefs games. I was told parking and tailgating could be a pia due to this.

That's not true. The Chiefs are still managing the parking lots and the gates. Lots will open 4.5 hours before kickoff, just like any other game day. They could open it later, around 4. But it won't be opened earlier than 3:30.

Also, they've sold something like 68,000 tickets so far. There are about 8,000 seats remaining on the secondary market. That means they are very close to a sell out. The Chiefs and Sports Complex will definitely be fully staffed.

I’ve been told by a few people that frequent chiefs games that sometimes they open the lots early if the line backs up far enough and disrupts traffic on the interstate.

It's subsided a bit thanks to the conference changes but I still dislike the fake birds.

I don’t think there’s any set in stone plan yet but it sounds like it’s definitely happening. Just need to find a spot when they open
