I'm IT in real life. It's probably against privacy policies on their website somewhere. Screens it everything and find a good IT security law firm to send a letter to Yahoo.

I had a similar experience with a couple of SEC posters on a different board years ago and chose to go the extra-judicial route. I recommend you go that way as you won't get the satisfaction from going through the boring legal terms and conditions route. Keep us updated though.
